CLEAR INFORMATION. CONFIDENT TRAVEL.
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how booking with KTM Sky actually works — what we take care of, what stays your responsibility, and what happens if your plans change. Please read them before you confirm a booking with us. By sending us an inquiry or confirming a flight, you're agreeing to what's below, on behalf of everyone travelling on that booking.
“We,” “us,” and “KTM Sky” refer to Elevexa Tech Company, registered in both Nepal and Australia. These terms apply to bookings made by phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our website, however you first got in touch.
How Booking With Us Works
We're not an airline, and we don't hold flight inventory ourselves. When you send an inquiry, our team searches real fares — through airlines directly and through partners like Trip.com and Booking.com — and sends you a personal quote instantly. Once quoted, we hold that fare for 2.5 hours so you have time to decide without pressure. Nothing is booked and no payment is taken at this stage. A booking only becomes final once you approve a quote and we confirm it with you directly.
Passports & Visas
Getting the right visa for your destination is your responsibility, not ours. Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates — please check this yourself before booking, as we don't verify passport validity or details. We may ask for a copy of your passport, but only to confirm your name matches your ticket exactly.
If you're travelling for study or work, please also confirm your visa timeline lines up with your flight dates — we're glad to work around a visa or joining deadline if you tell us about it early, but we can't guarantee entry or approval, since that decision sits entirely with the destination country's immigration authority.
Special Requirements
If you need a special meal, particular seating, or have any accessibility requirements, tell us when you send your inquiry — or call/WhatsApp us directly at +61 451 244 441 (Australia) or +977 970 3277 226 (Nepal, WhatsApp) — so we can check what the airline can accommodate before you book.
Airfares & Price Changes
Airfares can change or be withdrawn by the airline at any point before your ticket is fully issued — this is outside our control. The quote we send you reflects the fare at the time we check it, shown in both AUD and NPR, and is only guaranteed once you've confirmed and your ticket is issued; if it changes before then, we'll let you know rather than silently booking a different price.
Your Travel Documents
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you your ticket and any other travel documents. The name on your ticket must match your passport exactly — even a small spelling difference can mean denied boarding. Please check every document the same day you receive it and tell us immediately if anything looks wrong; corrections get harder and more expensive the closer you get to departure.
Before You Fly
We'd recommend confirming your departure time directly with the airline, or with us, 72 and 24 hours before you're due to fly — schedules can shift, especially on longer routes with a layover.
Changes & Cancellations
We know plans change — student intakes shift, job start dates move, family situations come up. Here's what that looks like on our side:
If you need to change your booking: we'll check the airline's own change fee and any supplier cost for your specific fare, then contact you directly with the total before doing anything — you'll always know the exact cost, in both AUD and NPR, before you agree to it. Some fares don't allow changes at all — we'll tell you this before you book, not after.
If you need to cancel: same approach — we contact you with the exact refund or non-refundable amount for your specific ticket before processing anything. Some tickets are entirely non-refundable — we'll flag this clearly at quote stage.
If you miss your flight without telling us in advance: most airlines treat this as a “no-show” and may forfeit the full ticket value, sometimes affecting later dated segments too. If your plans are uncertain, call us before your flight, not after.
Any fee an airline or supplier charges us because of your change or cancellation gets passed on to you at cost — we don't mark it up.
Our Role as Your Agent
KTM Sky acts as your agent — we find and arrange flights on your behalf through airlines and booking partners, rather than operating flights ourselves. We choose partners carefully, but once your ticket is issued, the airline's own conditions of carriage apply, and any issue during your actual flight (delays, baggage, in-flight service) is between you and the airline.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for every international trip, particularly if you're travelling for an extended period for study or work. We can point you toward options, but any claim needs to go directly to the insurer — we're not able to process claims on your behalf.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, KTM Sky isn't liable for loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by airlines, immigration decisions, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you have under Nepali consumer protection law or the Australian Consumer Law, where that right can't legally be excluded.
Privacy
We handle your personal details according to our Privacy Policy — take a look there for exactly what we collect and why.
We're genuinely glad you're trusting us with something as personal as your next chapter. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book — that's what the real person on the other end of your inquiry is for.
