When you send an inquiry or confirm a booking, we typically collect: your name (as it appears on your passport), contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp), travel dates and destination, and — only when needed to confirm your name matches your ticket — a copy of your passport's photo page.

If you were referred to us by an education consultancy or manpower agency, we may also note who referred you, so we can coordinate your travel dates with your visa or joining timeline.

We use your information for one purpose: to find, quote, and arrange the right flight for you, and to keep you informed if anything about that booking changes.

To actually book your flight, some of your information has to go to the airline and, where relevant, our booking partners (Trip.com, Booking.com). If you were referred by a consultancy or manpower agency, we may confirm your travel dates back to them, but nothing beyond what’s needed to coordinate your trip.

We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it for marketing purposes without asking you first.

Your information is stored securely in our own CRM system, accessible only to the KTM Sky team members who need it to arrange your booking.
