1. Inquiries, not instant bookings
Submitting this form is a request for a flight quote. It does not reserve a seat, issue a ticket or create a confirmed booking. Inquiries are free and carry no obligation to purchase. Our team will contact you within 2.5 hours using your preferred contact method.
2. Flight quotes & availability
Quotes are prepared personally by our team. Fares, seat availability, taxes, baggage allowances and airline conditions may change until the booking is confirmed and a ticket is issued. We will share the itinerary, fare breakdown and applicable conditions before you decide to proceed.
3. Offline payment & confirmation
No payment is collected on this website. If you choose to book, our team will discuss payment arrangements with you directly. Do not enter bank details, card numbers, passport numbers or other sensitive documents in the inquiry form. A booking is only confirmed when our team provides explicit confirmation and the relevant ticket details.
4. Changes, cancellations & refunds
Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the airline, the fare purchased and any agency service terms communicated before booking. Some fares are non-refundable or carry change fees. No universal refund or free-cancellation guarantee applies. Please ask our team to explain the conditions for your specific itinerary before paying.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Please provide accurate names, dates and contact details. Travellers are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, transit permissions and other travel documents meet the requirements for the complete journey. A flight quote or booking does not guarantee visa approval, entry or employment. Let us know promptly if any details change.
6. Your privacy & inquiry information
We collect the trip details, passenger counts, special requests, name, email, phone, contact preference and referral source you submit. We use them to prepare your quote, contact you about your inquiry and understand how travellers hear about us. Your inquiry is stored in our database and is not listed publicly. When you choose to proceed, relevant booking information may need to be shared with the airline or booking partner. We do not collect payment details on this website or create a public traveller profile.
7. Corrections & privacy requests
When our team contacts you, you can request correction or deletion of your inquiry information and ask us not to follow up further. Keep your inquiry reference so we can locate the relevant record. Direct contact details will be published on our Contact page once confirmed. Any information required for legal or completed-booking records may need to be retained as applicable.
8. Partner referrals
The referral-source field helps us understand whether your inquiry came directly or through an education consultancy, manpower agency, social media or another source. A referral does not change airline rules or guarantee a special fare. If applicable, include the agency name in special requests so we can understand the context of your trip.
